Yearbook Team
Whether it is taking pictures of events and rehearsals, or compiling the memories for the yearbook publication, our Yearbook Team is an essential part of CSYSA Operations. Yearbook Team meets regularly during the season to prepare the yearbook and take photos. The current parent Yearbook Chair is Amanda Schroeder.

Concert Operations + Stage Volunteers
We love a BIG production! Join the team of CSYSA Staff at our Concert Venues as we prepare the stage between performances and make the "magic happen" behind the scenes. Duties could involve pre-concert decorating and moving chairs between groups.
Operations Assistants help during CSYSA concert days, and do not regularly meet outside of events.
Fundraising Team
Many hands make light work! Join CSYSA Operations Manager Kelly Kitch to assist with our Fall Fundraiser and special events as scheduled. Whether it is greeting a CSYSA guest or organizing boxes for student pick-up during our Fall Fundraiser, our Fundraiser Team members are rock stars at CSYSA! Fundraiser Team members meet minimally during the regular season.

Parent Managers

Parent Council
Our Parent Managers are present at Camp, Rehearsals, Parent Council Meetings, and Performances. Our Parent Managers are leaders at CSYSA, and a first line of contact for many of our students, aside from their ensemble director.
Our current Parent Council Chair is Marta Lamberton! Marta represents CSYSA parents and their families as a voting member on the Board of Directors.
The CSYSA Office sends emails announcing upcoming Parent Council Meetings. Please contact the CSYSA Office if you have not been receiving these email notifications.
We value your unique talents and perspective. Recent parent-led projects include the CSYSA Closet, a place for concert uniform donations, and the October candy distribution/ group parties. Our parents actively plan new ways to improve our students' experiences.
