We are the most comprehensive supplemental youth instrumental music program in the Pikes Peak Region. Our mission is to inspire young musicians to grow as both artists and leaders through diverse musical experiences and the shared creation of music that connects cultures locally and globally. We are dedicated to fostering musical excellence, joy, and connection.

We develop our students not only as musicians, but also as contributors to our community. Each musician is considered a leader, choosing appropriate behaviors both on and off stage.

By partnering with numerous arts and service organization, the CSYSA strengthens community ties locally, regionally, nationally, and globally.

Our conductors, coaches and staff are carefully chosen for their expertise in motivating students and teaching them the skills they need to succeed.

Through diverse experiences, young musicians at every level build musical and leadership skills (from beginner to college-prep) that prepare them for any career path.
