CSYSA serves students of varying ages, including children under 13. We collect student information directly from parents or guardians during registration, not directly from children online, and parental/guardian consent is obtained as part of our registration process.

If you believe a child has provided us with personal information without appropriate parental consent, please contact us using the information in Section 9 so we can address it.

Families who do not wish for their student to be included in promotional photos or video may notify CSYSA in writing using the contact information in Section 9. We will make reasonable efforts to honor such requests but cannot guarantee exclusion from group or wide-angle performance recordings.
