Jesse Maurer

Jesse Maurer has taught music in Colorado Springs since 2007 and is currently on faculty with the Colorado Springs Youth Symphony Association and Russell Middle School for the Visual and Performing Arts. A graduate of Colorado State University, he completed his student teaching with Bob Kreutz and names Amber Campbell, Ronald Francois, and Steve McNeil as the most influential music educators in his life. Mr. Maurer is passionate about inspiring both excellence and joy in his students, believing the journey of making music is as meaningful as the performance.
