Nicole Anthony Schiff

Nicole Anthony Schiff joined Early Connections Learning Centers as their Development Director in 2022, bringing over two decades of experience in nonprofit leadership and community engagement. A California native and UC Berkeley graduate, Nicole began her career at Cal Performances before moving to Colorado Springs, where she’s helped strengthen philanthropic support for institutions including UCCS, Colorado College, the Fine Arts Center, and CS Philharmonic. She’s led fundraising efforts for major initiatives like the Ent Center for the Arts and has supported programs in education, the arts, and youth development. Nicole lives at the foot of America’s mountain with her husband, Lucas, and their three children (Isabelle, Carsten, Phoebe).​​
