College Prep - Summer Auditions

The CSYSA is pleased to announce that auditions are now open for the Collegiate Performance Preparation Program, or 'College Prep' for short! Accessible through audition, participants (ages 12-19) are guided through a series of weekly activities, such as research, rehearsals with a professional accompanist, performances, mock auditions, jury preparation, critical listening, and Monthly Strategic Planning Assignments, all geared to helping the serious young musician prepare for college auditions. Guided by Margaret Pressley, who oversaw the highly successful development of this program in Seattle, participants gain invaluable experience and information to help them attain their musical goals.
